Embedded BD assistance

For some projects Medius staff work in situ as the client’s BD director carrying the Company’s full responsibilities for their business development operations

Project based BD support

A large part of our work is on an assignment basis with a  clearly defined  project brief, designated timelines and deliverables.  These projects often require close liaison with existing in house BD staff and work well to supplement the BD resource when urgent new projects come through.

Ad hoc BD support

Working under cover of a client Master Services Agreement, this allows Medius staff to work flexibly on an as needs basis for our Clients.    Many of our clients work with us in this way on a long term basis.
