Due Diligence

Due Diligence is a one day intensive course which addresses all the essential aspects of running a due diligence programme as part of the in or out licensing process.

The first part of the course addresses the logistics and planning process required for running a successful due diligence programme. This includes :

• selecting the team, identifying team roles
• planning the timetable
• defining the objective
• deploying key decision points

The second part of the course considers each of the main disciplines included in due diligence, including:

• Scientific and regulatory due diligence
• Technical due diligence
• Intellectual Property Rights
• Legal and Corporate due diligence
• Commercial and marketing issues
• Financial issues

Practical examples and case studies are interspersed throughout the course to reinforce the active learning.
